He assisted me with staging, preparing for any prospective buyer inquiries, and had helpful recommendations for various other services. He went the extra mile by monitoring my house while I stayed out-of-state and assisted me with some of the logistics of moving. The neighbors even commented at his enthusiasm at hosting open houses.
